我響呢間公司都做收銀都做左成8年..一直只係望到d新人一入黎做冇耐就升職..而自己都仲係停留響度..個fd仲調埋鋪..搞到我好孤單..又搵人傾下又冇..見到岩岩新入黎做野個人又升左..我勁唔開心..好唔憤氣..但又唔遲得工轉行..始終其他行業冇經驗..我而家個經理就響年亢話升我升到而家都未/0\\....唉..搞到我都想掉鋪..但又驚比人笑我做左咁多年都未升過先調黎呢度...不過我唔調鋪繼續留響度又唔知點>0<好煩好煩呀..可以比d意見我嗎?

我的遭遇也與您一樣,我在船務公司做了九年OA,一樣冇升過職...........
當時我不知點解,後來先知道老闆是一位無能的.
與其冇升職,倒不如轉工.
正所謂:東家唔打打西家.
世界上大把好工.
冇理由要困死自己.......

我覺得你應該去增值自己, 如果新人係因為學歷好而升得快, 你就要裝備自己, 報d有關嘅course讀...if 大家學歷差不多, 咁你就要檢討一下自己有咩問題....檢討完都發覺唔到, 就可以搵上司傾吓, 當然要謙虛d, 起碼比上司知道你係一個好進取&等梗佢比機會嘅人...anyway, 裝備完自己再去轉工都係一個good choice....只要你冇家庭負擔嘅話...

1.你工作能力必低?是你不察覺?不炒你可能.你老寔.但反應不夠新人靈活.笑容少?
2直接同經理講..是否自己工作做錯未扶合你要求.所以好多新人巳升級..自己仲停留不動?我想改進.請問經理..我如何做到升級要求????你不敢講注定你失敗者

You should guit and get another better job. Open up a store, start selling something like women's clothings. You are the boss.
