英文windows XP不能顯示中文字, 所以我在windows update download了有關的EXE file, unzip後有一大批files, 有一個安裝指引說要先到一個叫components data manager (在start menu內) 的地方去安裝.sld file, 但我找夾找去都不到components data manager這個地方 , 有誰可以幫一幫我?

If you have original XP installation CDROM, you can install it manually

please go to CONTROL PANEL->REGIONAL AND LANGUAGE OPTIONS->
Regional Options, pick "Chinese Hong Kong S.A.R" ....
go to Languages tab, check both boxes.
go to Advanced tab, pick "Chinese Hong Kong S.A.R" ....
click apply
and restart computer.
it should do it
