'' No, I was really talking about George.''
'' No, I really meant George. ''

pra mim os dois estão corretíssimos...

SAIBA QUE:

>>>> mean (passado: meant), significa ''significar, querer dizer''

então se vc diz ''No, I really meant George.'', vc esta literalmente dizendo ''não, eu kis dizer Jorge''

>>>> a tradução literal de '' No, I was really talking about George.'' é ''Não, eu estava realmente falando de Jorge''

I: It is impressive the way Jorge sings.
The other guy replies, This is Ferenando.
I:No, I was referring to Jorge.
My pleasure, that's ok.

- Jorge sings wonderfully.
- This is Fernando (apresentação). That is Fernando (Relembrando a outra pessoa quem é Fernando, como que apontando para onde ele está, pois acha que ela esqueceu/trocou seu nome.).
- No, I really mean/meant Jeorge.

P.S.: Mean - Referir no presente (Eu realmente me refiro)
Meant - Referir no passado (Eu realmente me referi)

Existem várias outras maneiras, porém, uso essa.
