英文沒有brea這個字, 會不會是要說breath這個字, 那loseMyBreath 可解釋成 失去呼吸; 多說無益; 白費心思等解釋...
如: she still do what i told her not to do to, i've totally lose my breath.
他還是做了我不要他做的是 我真的白費心思ㄌ

我想他應該要表達的是Lose My Breath
To lose one's breath 喘不過氣來
Ex: He ran so fast that he lost his breath.
= He ran so fast that he was out of breath.
To save one's breath 不白費唇舌
Ex: Don't try to persuade him anymore, you might as well save your breath.
別再試著說服他,你還不如省省說話的力氣吧（不要白費唇舌了）
To waste one's breath 白費唇舌
Ex: He is impossible to reason with, so don't waste your breath!
他根本不可理喻,你不必白費唇舌了！
