因為問的是"the pants" 指的是這條褲子 有限定 就是指這條褲子
如果用they的話 表示"它們" 那就變成買很多條褲子了....
而為什麼褲子要用pants咧？
因為 褲子是由兩條褲管組成的 就像 socks (襪子)、gloves (手套)、shoes (鞋子)通常都是成雙出現的名詞，就會常態性的使用複數了

"It" 的用法是用在所有的物體(例如 死物, 電視, 用品, 衣服,設備等等)和動物.
"They"的用法是用在人,意思是"他們"

1.pant的意思是喘氣，是一個動詞；pants才是褲子，
褲子的複數要用many pairs of pants^^
2.Just long enough to take the picture.應該是說時間夠長足以拍照吧
