To translate the followings ( 「煥然一新」或「不知不覺間變了很多」 ) into English, I suggest the below:

A Brand New Me ( 形容一個煥然一新的『我』 )
A Refreshing Mind ( 形容一個煥然一新的思想 / 思維 )

A Gradual Transformation ( 漸漸的, 不知不覺地轉變 )
A Constant Alteration ( 都是漸漸的, 不知不覺地改變 )

A Brand New XX, XX is the thing you are described, e.g.
A Brand New Person

Changed a lot unwittingly

2007-03-21 10:48:48 補充:
you are describing, not "described"

2007-03-31 11:13:38 補充:
gradual 係漸漸
constant 解固定的, constant alteration 指改變得很平均...
沒有不知不覺的意思
transformation跟alteration都只是轉變, 沒有很多的意思

changed a lot unwittingly 才有這兩個意思
