today i opened the computer,the setting had been changed.
then,"avast!anti virus"told me that my computer was infected by virus.
however,there are too many different kinds of virus,including trojan,worm,downloader,win32,etc.
then,what should i do in order to kill them all?
i even cannot type the chinese words!
i want some easy method,e.g :download some tools.

You can try this, uninstall AVAST!
and download a copy of AVAST FREE HOME EDITION, install, and make sure
you allow it to boot scan your computer, and reboot,
now AVAST! will go into boot scan that bypass windows WINLOGON ...
and it will start to see all the virus you have, all you need to do is ...
delete (YES TO ALL) ... and hit one key, like "A" ...
and it will try to delete and clean all the bad files ...
like the answer above ... you can touch those registry ...
or download a copy of HIJACKTHIS from
http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html
and you can use it to clean registry up ...

1.不太建議,因為不明白的不會做,但最有效
1.開始->執行 ->輸入 msinfo32
元件 --> 軟體環境 --> 載入的模組
把一些不知名的程式模組停用後,刪去
2.開始->執行 ->輸入 regedit
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run
刪除一些不知名的開機啟動程式
3.針對某一病毒的工具

4.安裝掃毒程式,掃毒,
如沒有可用網上掃毒

可以google 尋找更多
