British are the 1 st managers .
Chinese are hard working employees !!
British managment + chinese hard working = 1 st class international city (HK).

當然是港人治港更好啦,最起碼香港人較清楚香港的需要,且親身體驗,
不過現在香港是(一國兩制),雖常稱說港人治港,高度自治,是否能做到高自治,本就覺得不值一提,因為凡是抉擇大事也是暗中受中央牽制,牽着鼻子走;(其實是京人治港至真)
