請問那句是正確, 有人告訴我 no.2 是正確, 但我覺得 no.1 是對的, 因為there 是一個adv., 很少跟preposition 在一起.

其實兩句都正確，只不過兩句的用法是不同的
第一句的there是用作副詞
而第二句的there是用作名詞，所以要放在in, at, over等等前置詞後面用。

兩句既含意有小小唔同
1) I found the key there. ----- 我喺 嗰度 搵倒條鑰匙
2) I found the key in there. ----- 我喺 嗰度入面 搵倒條鑰匙
多左個 in , 啫係多左 入面 呢個意思
就敢 there 啫係 嗰度
in there 啫係 嗰度入面
