聽障者：the hearing-impaired = people who are hard of hearing
聽障：impaired hearing
殘障者：the handicapped = the disabled
殘障：handicap, disability
視障者：the visually disabled
視障：visual disability
例句：
The reading machine helps the visually disabled a lot. 該閱讀器對視障者助益甚多
The pretty girl has a problem of impaired hearing. 那漂亮的女生有聽覺障礙的問題
說明：
the + (複合)形容詞：表示具形容詞特質的人
