forse ti servirebbe piu capire come si forma...la pasiva si forma con il verbo "to be" nel tempo verbale in cui vuoi fare la frase e poi aggiungendo il participio del verbo che vuoi...per esempio:
present simple: am/is/are written
present continuous: am/is/are being written
present perfect: has/have been written
past simple: was/were written
past continuous: was/were being written
past perfect: had been written
con i modal verbs funziona allo stesso modo be+past participle
can/will/may/might/should/must/etc be written

my kids have been very well looked after in that kinder garten! (i miei figli hanno avuto (una)grande attenzione in quella scuola materna). puoi,pero',usare il presente anzi che il passato, dicendo: my kids are being very well looked after.....! una forma passiva puo' essere messa sia nel presente, per mostrare che sta succedendo ora, o nel passato, indicando che e' avvenuta ieri, o un mese fa', un anno fa', e cosi via!
ti e'chiaro?
la forma indicativa sarebbe: in questa scuola materna il personale sta attento ai miei figli. in that kindergar ten they look very well after my kids! oppure:
in that kindergarten they have looked very well after my kids, se vuoi metter la frase nel passato!

PS: Attenzione a non farTi trarre in inganno da frasi come quella di Babbionavera (Yesterday i had my hair cut), che assomigliano nella forma ad un passivo, ma non lo sono, essendo -tecnicamente parlando- un doppio accusativo.

Ricorda che per formare il passivo di una frase attiva bisogna che il complemento oggetto della frase attiva diventi il soggeto della frase passiva e, il verbo Al passato semplice è introdotto da is/am/are seguito dal verbo +ed o, se si tratta di un verbo irregolare, bisogna prendere i verbi della terza colonna.
