我在一家提供洗衣服務的店舖工作
但因為一點語言上的溝通問題,沒有按照顧客的要求把衣服送到對方的指定地點。
又因為同事不諳外語的關係,在對方前來詢問有關的事情時,不小心把顧客趕走,
請問我該如何寫出一封致歉信向對方道歉呢?

Dear Sir/Madam,

We would like to have our deeply apologize for not deliver the laundry to the place on time as appointed. This possibly caused by our misunderstanding of your instruction.

Also, we would like to say sorry for my colleagues to expel you whilst you came to our shop to follow up the case, since they are not familiar with foreign language.

We hope to have your kindly consideration and keep on serving you in the future!
