這句話的to which the exporter asigns the payment guarantee letter, 是什麼意思呢?要怎麼翻才對??

由進口商(買方)銀行開狀之信用狀, 並以由出口商(賣方)指定承對付款之美國商業銀行為通知銀行.
一般信用狀上載明之銀行有三
開狀銀行--買方往來銀行
通知銀行--與買/賣方銀行有相互往來之銀行
押匯銀行--賣方往來銀行
所以賣方為確保信用狀的信用,要求以他們指定的美國的商業銀行為通知銀行以為擔保.

to which the exporter asigns the payment guarantee letter 是說出口商讓與收款證明書給 the U.S. commercial bank (進口商的的advise bank) . (證實收到款項)
