以我寫過申請中學和大學的自傳來說的話

1. 家庭: 其實不用介紹很詳細, 大概說明一下, 如果有什麼家庭的東西可以描述你的個性和長處, 就說明
2. 介紹學歷背景: 包括在學校喜歡或拿手的科目, 擔任過什麼職位或參加過一些社團來表現你你的才華能力, 或說你有克服過什麼困難.
3. 興趣和個性: 說明你喜歡做什麼, 你是一個怎樣的人, 舉一些例子 並說你得到什麼經驗或感想
4. 若你有工作經驗的話, 說明一下
5. 說明你為什麼想出國唸書, 你的期望和希望學到的東西
以上都注重正面的, 別要透露出你負面的事, 或你可以舉例說如何克服或改進你的缺點

My name is Vilador, I am currently a grade 9 student and I hope to enter and study grade 10 in XXX high school. As I am the only child in my family, I always relied on my parents and I was very dependent on them. Therefore, I want to be more independent on my parents, and they thus decided to send me abroad to study.

When I studied in middle school, I was a very hard working student who was self-motivated and enthusiastic. Even thought I did not like some of the courses at school, such as music and biology, I still did my best. In addition, my parents always encouraged me to learn from the courses instead of just getting high grades and not really learn anything. For example, although I could not sing well, I was interested in attending opera shows an I truly appreciated those musical performances. Because I was quite out going and good in English, I was appointed as English teacher's assistant. I helped solve other students' questions, collecting and distributing homeworks, and announcing some information to the class. Through this experience I learned to lead other students, to solve problems, and to negotiate between teachers and students. This experience was very valuable to me.

Even though I am not allowed to work as I am still under grade 10, I had experience of volunteering at the hospital. My tasks focused on talking with children or elderly when they were waiting for their turn. Through this I learned about other people's feeling and about taking care of other people.

My name is Vilador, i'm currently studying in grade 11 in Taiwan. Among all the courses I take in school I especially like geography because I love environment and nature. I like to try and to experience new things, and so I practice some martial arts and join a school dance club.
