The phrase “credit terms” refers to the paymentchoices that a seller offers to its customers. It is also called “payment terms”.The most unfavorable credit term to the customer is “accept cash only”. Most sellersaccept credit card as an alternative “credit term” in most consumer transactions. In business-to-business transactions, the “credit term” may apply to on-sight checksor post-dated checks.
