mouse is very cheap, under 50$ HKD ... you can get one USB 2.0 mouse ...
if you look for Microsoft or Logitech ... than more expensive ...
Anyway, if after you change the mouse and same problem,
mostly is some MOUSE SETTING problem in your OS, just go to control panel
mouse setting, and play around with it ...
