It should support, make sure you configure your BIOS correctly and Over-clocking is set to correct, try to disable it ...
otherwise, make sure all your RAM match the speed recommended by the board ...
bus speed, etc ...
Detail is hard to say ... since it is too technical, bring the board back to the store
