第一，這句話的動詞到底是, lies還是behind
答：動詞一是 lies，因為behind是介係詞，當然不可能是動詞喔～動詞二是(is) specialized，因為有出現對等連接詞 and，在這邊 and前面其實有省略 the process is，所以才會出現 specialized 這個 p.p.

第二，整句的結構
答：
1. of vertical specialization 這邊就是說明 The process，在這邊 The process 即為主詞，lies 為動詞，從 behind ...到 growth 為受詞，intermediate inputs, components這段修飾 in international trade of。
2.(is) specialized又是下一個動詞的開始，因為有對等連接詞 and，which has far outpaced這邊修飾接在 specialized後的受詞，也就是producer services。 in recent years 是時間副詞，最後 in final goods修飾 the growth of world trade 。

謝謝Jacky的指正。which因為是不限定的形容詞子句，所以其修飾的名詞不限定於前面的specialized producer services，而是讀者要看圖說故事，自行去認定which子句到底修飾哪一個名詞。因為動詞為has，所以應該是單數名詞。按前後文來看，應該是修飾主詞The process of vertical specialization。
