Question

what are you up to?是指最近還是指現在?
有外國網友問我what are you up to?
我回答nothing special.
這樣可以嗎?會不會很沒有禮貌?
跟how have you been?/how is going?一樣嗎?
因為一開頭已經問我how are you了?然後又問我what are you up to?

what are you up to? = what's up? = 妳最近在幹麻?
nothing special 還好，如果熟，如果不熟當然是該哈拉幾句，不然是沒關西啦
how have you been?妳過的如何
how's it going = how is it going? 過的如何? 差不多意思~
一開使你問她好ㄇ?他反問你最近在幹麻~?
若是問現在 只需加個 now
what are you to now?

what are you up to? 是問你最近都在忙些什麼，有沒有什麼好玩的事情的可以分享。


如果你有點幽默感，你可以回答：


I've been doing nothing but waiting for your phone call.


回答nothing special 雖然不會沒禮貌，但是會讓人覺得冷漠無情(cold shoulder)，或是無精打采。還是少用微妙。


坊間有些關於 samll talk的書，建議參考看看。


How have you been? How is going? = How are you? 這三句僅是打招呼問好用的。
