我想問名詞子句如何使用

我一直搞不懂名詞子句到底是怎麼用

所以拜託各位會的來回答一下喔

名詞子句簡單說就是一個子句當作名詞使用,所以名詞可以做的事情,名詞子句也可以做.同時名詞子句永遠是第三人稱單數.
名詞子句構成的方式有三種:
1.that+子句 (用於一般事件)
2.wh- +子句 (用於有疑問詞的情況)
3. if/whether + 子句 (or not) (用於原本yes/no question的時候)

名詞可以當主詞,受詞,補語,同為語,所以名詞子句也可以
Ex: 當主詞
That you are late keeps us waiting. (That you are late是主詞)
What you need is a cup of coffee. (What you need是主詞)
Whether you want to go or not doesn't bother me.
(Whether you want to go or not是主詞)

當受詞 (當受詞的that名詞子句中,that可以省略掉)
I heard (that) you got sick yesterday. (that you got sick yesterday是受詞)
You know how I feel. (how I feel是受詞)
He will tell us whether he won or not. (whether he won or not是受詞)

當補語
It is not that I don't like it. (並不是我不喜歡它, that I don't like it是補語)
That dress is what Lisa will wear to the party. (what...party是補語)
*whether/if...or not無法當補語

當同位語
My dream that I pass the exam will come true. (that I pass the exam是my dream的同位語)
That is the reason why you were punished. (why you were punished是reason的同位語)
