因首次交易...對方客戶曾打了2次電話來...但都不太能溝通(@@~~因為英文太差了)...所以想回信給對方...不知這樣的文法對不對...請專業高手幫幫忙指正一下....感激不盡....

The reason is because our company (without personnel of specialized translation)doesn't have an overseas contact, and another reason (one) is because my English (conversation) is not so good.
