而家想FORMAT左佢 只裝一1個XP
我想問FORMAT係咪都係同FORMAT一個OS一樣
DEL晒個HD D野
同埋由佢格式化就OK架?

It totally depends if you have 2 partitions or 1 partition, if you want to WIPE out the whole Harddisk, then you can do it anyway.
If you want to keep the existing WINXP installation, then you have to be careful.
If they are in 2 different multiboot partitions, then you can format the Win98 partition, from the WinXP OS.
