You can say:
- Count on me
- I'm here for you
- I'll be there for you
All of them mean the same thing, what differs one from another is the intensity of your relationship with the person.
For instance:
Your best friend's mother is at the hospital and she cannot be with her full time cuz she works her a** off.
It would be nice for her to listen a "Don´t worry, I am here".
Also, the way you say it and your eye contact will say a whole lot more.
Hugs,
V.
