Its true that there isnt enough discipline in schools.
Nowadays young people dont respect teachers, they often have badmaners with their teachers, and they think that they are totally free and they can do what they want to.
On the one hand,I think that teenegers' behavior can be rebel but that behavior is changing negatively.
I disagree with parents' behavior too, they protect thir children so much, and there are parents that consent bad things that thir children do.
However the worst is that they always acuse to teachers to be gilty so students imitate that.

Aquí te he arreglado tu párrafo:

It is a fact that there is a lack of discipline in schools nowadays. Young people do not respect their teachers and oftern display bad manners towards them. They believe that they are free of responsibility and can do as they please.
Although the behaviour of teenagers can often be of a rebellious nature, it is now giving way to a more negative attitude.
Their parents' behaviour can also have a negative impact on their attitudes. Some smother their children with their overprotectiveness while others give into the will of the child and allow this disfunctional behaviour to continue.

The worst however, is when the parents accuse the teachers of being guilty and thus the children follow suit.

También se puede decir la última oración así:

The worst however, is when the parents accuse the teachers of being responsible for this behaviour and thus the children also put the blame on them.

I agree with you, but what is the reason of such behavior? May be the mass media, movies are guilty.

I would word this a little differently.....

There is not enough discipline in schools. Nowadays, young people do not respect their teachers and often have bad manners with them. Young people tend to think that they are totally free and may do as they please.
On the other hand, the behavior of teens is often rebellious, but now this rebellious behavior seems to be shifting to a more negative behavior.
Some parents try to protect their children to an extent that is overbearing while others give consent to things that children should not be doing. The worst, however, is the parents that accuse the teachers of being guilty. Then, like their parents, the children follow in suit.

The best way would be, if possible, to educate their parents again as to how to live in a society.

The truth is that there isn't enough discipline in school.

Nowadays, young people don't respect their teachers; they often use bad manners with them, and they think they are free to do whatever they want.

Its one thing for teenagers to rebel, but it's another to mistreat their elders and treat them disrespectfully.

Parents are at fault, too, as they often condone their childrens bad behavior and protect their children from the consequence of that behavior.

He cambiado el parrafo para que tenga mejor sentido. Lo siento pero no entiendo lo que quieres decir en la ultima frase.
