ho bisogno di una traduzione facile e breve in inglese chi ha voglia di farla??

molti anni fa quando ero ragazza giravo spesso per le strade di londra
esercitandomi sempre con la mia chitarra..perchè nn avevo mai un soldo.
mia madre mi suggeri di assistere una vecchia signora del mio quartiere.mi sarei dovuta presentare puntuale al primo giorno di lavoro,se volevo il posto,cosi arrivai puntuale,suonai.e mi apri la porta di casa una donna:miss purple che mi disse che se volevo soldi avrei dovuto almeno suonare per lei.anche se perplessa iniziai tutto il mio repertorio.quando ebbi finito mi accorsi che quella non era la signora che avrei dovuto accudire,ovvero miss green,che in realtà abitava due file dopo.cosi guadagnai solo 3dollari.e persi il mio lavoro di accompagnatrice.ma qualche giorno dopo trovai tra la posta l invito della signora purple...nella sua casa discografica per incidire il mio primo disco!ella era una produttrice..e per un indirizzo sbagliato ora sono una chitarrista in carriera!

Many years ago when I was a little girl I often went round for the streets of London, practicing me with my guitar. .because I never had any money. My mother adviced me to take care of an old lady of my neighborhood. I had to be there on time of my first day job, if I wanted the place, so I arrived on time, I played and a lady opened me the door of her house: miss purple told me that if I if wanted some money I had to play for her, even if perplexed I began my whole repertoire. When I finished I noticed that she wan't that lady who I had to take after, that is Miss Green, who lived two rows after. So I earned only 3 dollars. and I lost my job of companion, but some days later I found among my mails an invitation of the Mrs. Purple… in her record company to record my first record! She was a producer. and for a mistaken address, now I am a guitarist in career!

io l'ho fatta, ma solo perchè domani ho il compito in classe e volevo esercitarmi (il che tra l'altro non ti farebbe male)...una cosa non capisco: perchè c'è un mucchio di gente che viene qui pensando di trovare traduttori di versioni e compiti di lingue? i compiti sono per noi, non sono una sadico passatempo dei prof!

E quando dovrai fare il compito in classe a chi ti rivolgerai?

Ci ho provato, ma controlla tutto e specialmente i tempi dei verbi.
