今日提要 is dynamically generated randomly according to the priority or importance of that news, and it can change daily or at anytime.
Yahoo did not provide a way that you can retrieve back a 今日提要 from the past. So it is consider hacking/undocumented in IT.
There is no fix link that yahoo provide.
I recommend you to contact Yahoo.com and fire an enhancement request with SUPPORT and see how they response as a solution.
