Accrual basis / going concern?
Accual basis
An entity shall prepare its financial statements, except for cash flow information, using the accrual basis of accounting. Under this basis, the effects of transactions and other events are recognised when they occur (and not as cash or its equivalent is received or paid) and they are recorded in the accounting records and reported in the financial statements of the periods to which they relate.

going concern
The financial statemnets are prepared on the assumption that an entity is able to continus as a going concern in the foreseeable future. Financial statements shall be prepared on a going concern basis unless management either intends or needs to liquidate or curtail materially the cale of its operations.
