La verdad creo que hiciste muy mal al proporcional tunumero de caso . Te recomiendo que te pongas tu caso en manos de un abogado para agilizar el proceso, espero que muy pronto obtengas o arregles tu sitiacion migratoria te deceo muchisima suerte

llama por telefono, es en castellano.. no lo tengo aca encima.. pero esta en la pagina de www.ucsis.gov
ahi te daran la informacion necesaria... no son simpaticos.. pero te ayudan

mira entre al ins ( que es la wbesite ) is dice qu etu caso ahora mismo esta pendiente. Esta en la oficina de California.. porque no llamas al departamento del servicio al cliente? suerte!

checa la pagina de internet de inmigracion y naturalizacion hay te dice como estas y te dan un numero 1800 para que tambien llamaes
