合約上（流動電話服務）本人未有申請之服務，不慎用後要收費，費用並已自動轉賬過數，入稟小額錢債追討會否勝數？

本人於早前申請（流動電話）上台，申請時未有申請使用ＧＰＲＳ服務，其後不知為可有使用該服務之記錄，打上台問台表示確實有關記錄，但本人由始至終未有申請服務，合約亦未有本人申請之記錄，但由於經自動轉賬交費，故本人要求退回有關費用，但台不肯，想問入稟小額錢債追討是否可追討回費用？
