拗柴時足踝會向外翻或是向內翻，不過是向內翻較外翻的多，踝關節上有三條主要的韌帶，
要看拉傷了多少條韌帶及拉傷的嚴重情況，才能預計康復的時間，嚴重的可能要休息幾個月才可完全康復。
