down 和 under都是形容詞，用來補充修飾 the land，應該是受詞補語的用法。
這個down under的用法，是因為紐西蘭和澳洲是在南半球，對於大部分北半球的國家來說，用down under形容紐西蘭和澳洲是習慣用法。
