"Ci", in this case, means "with him". But it's a popular form, because there's a pleonasm, you'd better say "con gino vado d'accordo".

In English it's : "With Gino, with him, i get along".
It,s used in order to enhance the meaning of a sentence!

hey=), ci means "with him", however these words in the context aren't correct. You need to say "con gino vado d'accordo" which means i get along with Gino! The word by word translation from italian to english would be: with gino, i get along. However in english it doens't really make sense to say it like that, so you would say i get along with Gino. your sentence is not properly correct!! CI means 'con lui' (with him) thus this would be a repetition and so a mistake!
u can say:
1)con gino vado d'accordo,
2)lavoro con gino e CI (con lui) vado d'accordo.

it means "whit him"...è una ripetizione....it means:"con gino ci (con lui) vado d'accordo"...Potresti semplicemente dire: con gino vado d'accordo...!senza "ci"... ;) ciauz

E' superfluo perchè il CI è la ripetizione del "con" messo prima di Gino. Quindi devi dire: con Gino vado d'accordo! Ok?
