根據
Postal Rules
When an acceptance is sent by a letter or by telegram, there is inevitably a delay between the sending of the dispatch and the receipt by the intended party. When this is the case, the posting rule holds that the acceptance is communicated when the letter or telegram is posted : the contract is formed at the time of posting the letter of accptance.
佢出咗那時,已經是revocation
除非對方指出,不可以用letter(一定要同到佢講)
could Lee sue Chan for breach of contract?
no
因為佢出信那時,是Thursday(revoking先過acceptance)
friday先就唔得

The best answer is totally wrong.
Postal rule only applies to Acceptance. It doesn't apply to revokation of offer, which is not valid until it is actually communicated.
