señor xxxxx vamos a hacer unas pruebas con su linea (phone),en caso que se necesite mandarle a un tecnico, por favor amarre a sus mascotas,tenga facil acceso,no puertas cerradas con candado,y le vamos a cobrar $50 dlls en caso que sean sus aparatos de telefono o su cableado, si va el tecnico y no la encuentra son $45 dlls por la ida en vano del tecnico.
cuando el tecnico le arregle el problema llamar para notificarnos que este problema esta solucionado.

There will be a $45 if technician and there is no one available.
