It all depends if:
*You have private medic-aid coverage (including dental, aesthetic, etc... care)
*State or Province
*Doctor

sometimes fees depends on doctors prestige, etc.
Try to find that out in your phonebook by calling all the surgeons offices and ask them.. it might work!!
