"for love is strong as death" cosí sta nella King James Version!
Dato che è una citazione dalla Bibbia, Cantico dei cantici 8,6 sarebbe corretto usare appunto una traduzione accettata!

HEART OF DARKNESS... va che il comparativo d'uguaglianza, tesoro bello, si fa con SO... AS... tanto quanto AS... AS... anzi!!! As... as.. è anche più formale a volte... spara meno sentenze..

Ma possibile che solo una persona sappia fare un comparativo? As... As... si studia in prima media...
Iron: so che in informale si usa anche so... ma intanto grammaticalmente as... as... è più corretto... e so va' usato nelle forme negative... poi guarda un po' quanti il primo componente non lo hanno messo per niente...
che ne dici di studiare un po' di Inglese?
