I cannot download from www.i-cable.com, their service is really bad.

For the fax, they says that they can only fax to me within 24 hours....
really very bad in service

i-cable要你一個月前提交這表格，最好叫佢fax比你，因為用郵寄既話，你會有排收唔到(好可能佢唔會寄，你冇佢付)，直接打電話比佢，叫佢即時fax比你，填完馬上fax回去，再打電話同佢確認。(因我之前試過fax完佢話收唔到!!叫我fax到第二個fax號碼度，直至佢話收到和冇填錯ok為止)i-cable好狗
