Sto facendo una fattura proforma, ma ho qualche dubbio (e non voglio fare figuracce)
mi servirebbe sapere come si dice "Fattura proforma"
e
"in fede" (da mettere alla fine della fattura)

"Pro-forma invoice" ... "Errors and omissions excepted" (oppure "E&OE"), in fondo alla pagina.
"Yours faithfully, [nome]" e' la formula di chiusura per una lettera formale: non si usa nelle fatture, e' inopportuno.
