If no 'to' is added to the above sentence, two verbs would appear in the same sentence which is inappropriate.
A grammatical error is there avoided by inserting the 'to' in between~~~

其實feel free to是一句片語,所以要一起用,不可以沒有了to,因此feel free to contact 才對
