A+is all it takes to+B 只要做到A就能夠達到B
*Honesty is all it takes to win people's trust.
跟Honesty is ''what it takes'' to win people's trust.

All it takes=what it takes? -----
all that .......
all (that) he wants = what he wants
all (that) we care about = what we care about
all (that) is important = what is important
all (that) gets people crazy = what gets people crazy
Honesty is all (that) it takes to win people's trust. = Honesty is what it takes to win people's trust. = All (that) it takes to win people's trust is honesty. = What it takes to win people's trust is honesty.

all that is important = what is important
all that gets people crazy = what gets people crazy
