La diferencia entre ser y estar es muy típica del español.
Para dar el mismo sentido en inglés habría que usar otro verbo. Tal vez el verbo "belong" = pertenecer.
Algo así:
"All (those) who are here, belong here,
all (those) who belong here, are here".

Es dificil traducirla y que quede con el mismo sentido, porque en ingles los verbos ser y estar se escriben de la misma manera, por ej: We're young(somos jovenes), We're at home(Estamos en casa). Suerte!

Esa frase en inglés no tiene sentido, porque ser y estar es lo mismo.
Te voy a invertir el asunto: Cómo se dice en español Can I ask you a question? ¿Puedo preguntarte una pregunta? Ahora la traducción al español es la que no tiene sentido
