你「反戰」Ma ? what do you do when you see 2 men fighting on the street ?

If I watch two men fighting on the street, I will escape. It will be hurt if I still standing on the street, then I will watch they fight till one of them fell down or they are arrested by police or other person.
However, I had never seen two men fight on the street in Hong Kong. It is because Hong Kong is civilized city.
I saw two men fight on the street in China. Do you think China have not civilized?
