is there any slang for this "盧" in english?

I think, about that word, I choose to take a simple and informal way to translate it. For example, "When he started particularly bitching something, i bet you would be off your nut!"
BTW, in this translation, you should also consider the attitute. There is one more definition of "盧", and it's kind of near "煩 with ANGRY tone", and you can use the idiom such as "bug" or " annoy." For example, "When he started particularly bugging something, i bet it would piss you off!"
This chinese sentence is NOT a formal one, so the english we are using have no need to be formal. Therefore, the languages, bug, bitch(v.) and annoy, are appropriate and acceptable.
