去查了一些知識+有人說 me, either是對的!也有人說 me, neither.
到底哪個是哪個押
請簡短又詳細的回答

是不是如果用me either
就必須在中間加逗號讓either放句尾
而neither就不需要
用''me, neither"就可以?

me, either. 才是對的。 either是用在否定句的"也"。
例句說明:
I like the cat, and he like, too. (too是用在肯定句的"也")
我喜歡貓，他也喜歡。
I don't like the dog and he doesn't like, either.
我不喜歡狗，他也不喜歡。
ps: 沒有me, neither這種用法。

either 與 neither 都是在否定句中表達"也"的語意, 但是用法不同.
either 要與否定動詞連用, 置於句尾.
neither 要與肯定動詞連用, 置於句首(就是要倒裝).
You are not a student, and I am not, either.
You are not a student, and me either. (口語)
You are not a student, and neither am I.
You are not a student, and I am not neither. (X)
You are not a student, and me neither. (X)
You are not a student, and either am I. (X)
