通常uncountable noun都不會變成眾數，因為uncountable noun的眾數形都是另外的意思
如：glasses 不是玻璃而是眼鏡
waters是江或河流，而不是水
teas 是指一杯茶，而非茶
papers是指文件而非紙張
fruits是指成果而非水果
nations是指國家而非國民
lights 是指燈火而非光線等等
所以，若你要用眾數形，你最好查查字典會否是其他意思，而非你的本意

幾時先會係uncountable noun後面加s?
指明的uncountable noun 要加s
例:
Indonesian, Malaysian & Korean are my favorite foods.
Indonesian, Malaysian & Korean are nice peoples.

uncountable noun是不需要加s的
countable noun才要加s
除非....那個字的後面有s
