這句在英文文法上是錯的，因為student後面應該跟動詞(verb)，但你卻用了名詞”choice”，但若你想保持用choice，那麼student就要變成students’
所以，你可以將你那句改成
all students’ choices for their school day are monday
或者 all students chose monday as their school open day
但其實許多時，在這情況下，英文都會用prefer

1) seudent應該係student
2) student要加s (students)
3) choice係名詞，所以唔算係一句完整句子。
可以改成咁：
All students choosed Monday as the open house day.
NOTE：Open house可以解做開放日。

The verb tense is: Choose > Chose > Chosen > Choosing
Choice is a noun.
Basic: All students chose Monday to be the open day.
"Chose" can also be replaced by "picked" or "selected".
A little advanced of saying total agreement is "Unanimous", e.g. : The students unanimously selected Monday to be the open day.
