1001=> one thousand and one
1010=> one thousnad and ten
1122=> one thousand one hundred twenty two

一萬=> ten thousand =>10,000
10001=> ten thousand and one
10010=> ten thousand and ten
10111=> ten thousand and one hundred eleven
11111=> eleven thousand and one hundred eleven

其實數字的英文說法很簡單的，不用想得太難。

百萬＝＞１,０００,０００＝＞而百萬就又有另一個單字
a million 或者是 one million 皆可

千萬＝＞１０,０００,０００＝＞１０個百萬

億＝＞１００,０００,０００＝＞１００個百萬

十億＝＞1,０００,０００,０００＝＞十億也是個單字
billion

我教你一個數字念法的法則，很簡單的。
我們在寫阿拉伯數字的時候通常都要三位一撇，這就是為了方便唸出來或寫成文字，例如：
654,239,584,545
從右到左，第一撇的左邊那一位數是「千」(thousand)，第二撇的左邊那一位數是「百萬」(million)，第三撇的左邊那一位數是「十億」(billion)，第四撇的左邊那一位數是「兆」(trillion)。
數字的念法就是念『幾百幾十個「兆」(trillion) 』，『幾百幾十個「十億」(billion)』，『幾百幾十個「百萬」(million)』或『幾百幾十個「千」(thousand)』，所以上面那個數字就念成：
654,239,584,545
Six hundred fifty four billion two hundred thirty nine million five hundred eighty four thousand five hundred forty five.
因此，102是one hundred and two
110是one hundred and ten
112是one hundred twelve
一萬（10,000）是ten thousand
10,001是ten thousand and one
10,010是ten thousand and ten
10,111是ten thousand one hundred eleven
11,111是eleven thousand one hundred eleven
十萬（100,000）是one hundred thousand
百萬（1,000,000）是one million
一連串數字的念法當中，加and是用來代替是「零」的位數，以使語氣連貫，不加也不算錯，110唸成one hundred and ten，十位數雖然不是「零」，ten卻是單音節的字，加and唸起來比較順，另外，一連串數字的念法當中，只能加一個and。

1000之後的數字英文跟一百之後的英文說法是一樣的

例如：

一萬、十萬、百萬的說法都是由hundred和thousand組合而成

一萬10000 = 一百百 = 十千
英文說法可以是one hundred hundred或是ten thousand
不過後者比較為大家所使用

百萬比較特別
有一個專有名詞，叫million
常用都是講million
但如果要說一千千，變成one thousand thousand也是可以

10001、10010、10111、11111
這幾個的說法也跟百和千同樣道理

10001-----ten thousand and one
10010-----ten thousand and ten
10111-----ten thousand (and) one hundred eleven
11111---這個把它看成11千1百1十1---eleven thousand one hundred eleven

英文數字的組成就是下面幾項

不管再大的數字講法，都是把它化成上面那些單位表現出來的
表現時，通常單位小的會在單位大的前面
