這句子少了 "動詞"。
１２３都沒問題，有問題的地方應該是４- the。
應該在 the 前面加入 is，整句就是

而且這句有倒裝句法，改寫後如下。

The Japanese system of writing is known as Kanji, which is somewhat analogous to the Chinese system of writing in difficulty for non-native speakers to learn and loosely based on the Chinese system of writing.
