yes, only monosaccharide could pass through the dialysis tubing.
It is because the dialysis tubing is selectively permeable, it only allows small molecule to pass through .
However the molecule of disaccharide and polysaccharide is too large to pass through the dialysis tubing.
monosaccharide is small enough to pass through it.
