flat screen tv?

Hi we want to buy a flat screen tv and fit it on the wall over the fire, does anyone know if this is ok and will the heat affect the tv in any way, or if anyone has done this and found it ok to do so. Thankyou.

check out the user's manual.
maybe it´s on the internet
it usually brings important info about how to install these things and where not to.

Não se deve colocar próxima ao fogo, e nem em paredes que recebe o calor do sol.
Isto poderá danificar sua TV de plasma.
